Contemporary Jewish meditation is about rediscovery of what was always there. type='text'>The Art of Practicing Meditation.</title><content type='html'>&lt;p&gt;We are all not going to be natural at meditation, we have to work hard or know some secrets to learn meditation, the way we achieve a meditative state is through practicing our rhythmic breathing, allowing our mind and body to relax in a way the we can accomplish meditation, being in a calm relaxed state and feeling comfortable.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Meditation is an individual past time, the way each of us meditate is an art, meditation is an art in itself with many paths to accomplish meditation, to achieve this we must have goals and we must be prepared to learn and practice our rhythmic breathing to become one within ourselves to achieve a meditative state.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;There are many meditation techniques around for us to practice with, from a religious meditation stand point from prayer and other meditation practices, to a more spiritual and new age meditative practices, meditation is truly an art we must learn to reduce the stress on our everyday busy life as meditation can help us perform better and have clear focused thoughts in our waking lifes.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;To achieve the art of meditation we must practice the art of breathing, as breathing is the main point to get to a meditative state, the reason being is that our mind's and bodies relax with every focused breath and when we achieve a rhythmic breath we achieve our goal of relaxation, as there are many ways of breathing you need to find the one that helps you meditate.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Thought is usually the main point that is frowned upon during meditation, though this is the art of meditation, the secret to meditation is to allow your thoughts to flow and not to suppress them in a way that most likely will cause suffering, as suppressing your thoughts in meditation will only allow them to surface at the most inconvenient time, which we call outbursts, this is the great part of healing and meditation.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Another point in meditation the ever worrying body, this body of ours wants to move, it's natural, sometimes we can not sit still long enough to enjoy that relaxation, the art of meditation here is to use a moving meditation to accomplish our meditation goals of relaxation, such as walking or running, Yoga or dance, just remember while you are doing this practice the art of awareness and keep your breath rhythmic.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Finding the meditation technique that suits you can sometimes be a long road, without cheating and using hypnosis techniques, do not notice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Healing through relaxation can change your life in the most positive way, the options are endless and the changes are positive, there is nothing to hold you back from finding a hidden positive self, through these changes we can make a better life for our selfs, so lets have a look at a few.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Through thought you can change your thought patterns, which will change your point of view or perspective on life and create a better environment for you to live in and explore with out stressing about every moment in your life, the fact that thought is so powerful that it is a part of your personality on how you treat your self and others.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thought also creates your emotions and a lot of the time we struggle with the emotion of life and what it throws at it but the source is your thought, and this is where we want to start to change your life the better, unless it is great already then we most likely will not want to change a thing with our thoughts or are you just hiding the fact that everything is not perfect?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perfection is not a state or a place it is being true to our selves for being our selves, that wonderful thing about the world we live in is that we need not judge or point fingers, we need to focus on ones self and to know the only thing we need to worry about is to focus on how we think, emotions and actions will change through this though process, there are many ways to learn these techniques.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To change your life through meditation we need to first focus on negative thoughts, this can cause some trouble though always do it with a professional if you may find your self in an unstable situation, with the negative thoughts you need to turn these thoughts in to more positive thoughts, make sure you breath through every thought.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Checking your emotion with every thought, accept the emotion and if that emotion does not suit you, you need to change your thought and change your emotion, find the positive emotion and keep it with the thought and show gratitude toward that thought.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now that we have practiced and hopefully you have got the surface thoughts in check you have accepted them and changed your thoughts to a more positive way of life, here we go into the subconscious and delve deep in to those thoughts that are stuck deep down and repeat the process over and over again until your mind is pure.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The best meditation practice for this is a deep breathing meditation allowing the air you breath to fill your body, another tip would to align your chakras to make sure your have the strength to make it through the thoughts and emotions, I wish you luck if type='text'></title><content type='html'>Been feeling a little on edge lately, tension is the the most common form of stress and really needs your attention, why not relax with some yoga and a strong cuppa and try these simple yoga meditations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fun Yoga Exercises for releasing tension in your upper body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Warming up is very important.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Do the kid thing, swing your arms around your body start of slowly and speed up this will warm your back and shoulders up before the exercise and its fun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hold your hands out at the front of your body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lift arms to sky, stretching your back, as if your standing on your toes but keep your feet flat so you won't lose your balance and hurt your self.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Will your hands are above your head take 3 deep gentle breaths.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let go, drop your arms as if you where exhaling empty your lungs, as you release that tension notice that your upper back and shoulders feel as though you have lifted the weight of the world off your shoulders.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Repeat as many times as you wish.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Always remember to breath, not just live.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1'
